Since Robert Rubenstein first opened, Rubenstein Law in 1988 as a plaintiff’s personal injury firm we have grown to over 45 attorneys in 8 cities across Florida. In 2008, the firm added our second office just north in Broward. In 2012, we opened our third location in West Palm Beach. The next year, we added yet another office in Orlando and in 2015 we opened the doors to our Tampa office, right in the heart of downtown. In July 2017 our Jacksonville office opened. Recently we've opened our newest offices in Kissimmee and St. Petersburg.

Over the years, Rubenstein Law has grown from a leading auto and slip and fall accident firm in Miami to being recognized across the state for our personal injury practice handling all types of injury and accident claims. Today, we represent clients throughout the state in all manner of personal injury claims including product liability, catastrophic injuries, premise liability, medical negligence & nursing home abuse, child injury and dangerous drugs cases in addition to auto accidents and slip and fall injury cases.
